Marketing-site privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the public Algogen marketing site, blog, and keep-me-posted email form. Authenticated product access is currently closed and will require a separate complete product privacy notice before reopening.

Email list

When you submit the keep-me-posted form, Algogen stores the email address and sends it to Mailchimp. Mailchimp sends a confirmation request, and the address is not treated as subscribed until that double opt-in step is completed.

Analytics

The site loads Google Analytics only when an analytics measurement identifier is configured. In that configuration, Google may receive standard browser and interaction information when a page is loaded.

Operational data

The hosting service receives the network and request information needed to deliver the site, protect it, and diagnose failures. Algogen does not use the public blog form to collect strategy or brokerage credentials.

Choices

You can decline the Mailchimp confirmation request or unsubscribe using the link in a list email. A dedicated privacy contact and retention schedule must be published before authenticated product access reopens.
